Guest rooms are tailored to couples seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat. Terrazzo marble floors, mosaic glass tiles line the large showers and vanities, custom built walnut furniture, and the walls are dressed with artwork by local renowned artist Alicia Reener… These are just a few highlights of the Orchid Key.

All of our rooms provide either a queen-size or king-size enrapture plush bed. Amenities include HD-Plasma TV’s, telephone with voicemail, air-conditioning & heat with individual control, i-Home sound system with iPod dock and MP-3 jack, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron, security safes, mini-refrigerator, and coffee service. In addition to more room space our guestrooms at Orchid Key Inn are wired for High-speed and wireless internet access.

Our 4-Star Quality Rooms have a tropical deco décor and offer all the amenities you would find in a luxury resort.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Deluxe King Rooms
Our Deluxe King Rooms provide a luxurious King-size bed, wardrobe closet, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and in-room coffee service, 42" HD-Plasma TV, telephone with voicemail, wireless and wired high speed internet, security digital safe, iron & ironing board, private bathroom with large shower, hairdryer & spa quality bath amenities, Egyptian Cotton bath robes for two, individual climate control, and i-Home iPod radio systems. The Deluxe King Room will accommodate up to 2 guests.

Deluxe Queen

1 Bedroom Suites
Our 1 Bedroom Suites provide a luxurious King-size bed, living room with a queen-sleeper sofa, bar, desk workstation, mini-refrigerator, in-room coffee service, 42" HD-Plasma TV in the living room and the bedroom, two-telephones with voicemail, wireless and wired high speed internet, security digital safe, iron & ironing board, private bathroom with large shower, hairdryer & spa quality bath amenities, Egyptian Cotton bath robes for two, individual climate control, and i-Home iPod radio systems. The King 1 bedroom Suite will accommodate up to 4 guests.

Junior Spa Suite

The Junior Spa Suite will accommodate up to 2 guests.

Policies

Reservation Deposits
For most bookings, a deposit of one night’s room charge with tax is required at booking. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before arrival, without penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit.

During Fantasy Fest and New Years Eve, reservation policies are more restrictive. Reservations for these dates require a deposit of one night’s room charge with tax. Full payment is due upon check-in. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of arrival in order to receive a deposit refund.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, cash, or travelers checks in US currency.

Non-Smoking
For the comfort of all guests, and the preservation of our historic buildings, all guestrooms are non-smoking. We do require strict compliance with our smoking policy in all rooms and interior spaces. Guests are welcome to smoke on porches, patios, and outdoor areas. Ashtrays are placed in those areas for convenience.

Pets
Orchid Key accepts pets in certain guestrooms with advance arrangement. Please call the hotel direct for information and availability for pet-friendly rooms.
